New for 2018 - Health Insurance and Employee Benefits Opportunities:

  • Medical Coverage: CTAA Members will have access to Cobbs Allen’s subsidiary, OutFront Health. Pooling members’ combined risk provides strength in numbers to lower rates. The plans are administered through the CIGNA network and feature online enrollment and management. Members also have the opportunity for alternative coverage through a group healthcare captive to share in the advantages of being self-insured without the stand-alone risk.
  • Ancillary Insurance Coverage: There is an opportunity to receive significant discounts on disability (short- and long-term), accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), group and voluntary life ancillary coverage. To keep you informed, you will receive Compliance Corner emails when legislation changes or is updated, regulatory deadlines approach or with other beneficial compliance information. The Cobbs
    Allen Loss Control team provides compliance updates for OSHA reporting and regulations, consumer alerts and other helpful notifications.

  • Prescription Discounts: Access to online and mobile apps that provide drug costs on the go, show lowest pricing, and offer discount coupons.

  • Employee Enrollment Assistance: Partnering with Premier Worksite Solutions, we provide access to highly-trained benefit counselors that can conduct one-on-one calls with an organization’s staff to review their personal benefit situations, help them make informed benefit decisions, and enroll them in their selections should they choose to enroll. CTAA will have a dedicated, private toll free number where all calls are recorded. All benefits counselors are licensed and trained regarding enrollment procedures and employee benefits.

  • Employee Benefits Consulting: The Cobbs Allen Employee Benefits Consultants have extensive knowledge and experience to assist members with their benefit needs. Our member-focused approach combined with our in-house client services allows Cobbs Allen to create tailored insurance programs and solutions that address members’ specific exposures (professional staff and ancillary staff) which can increase stability and lower costs.

  • Compliance Updates: The Cobbs Allen Loss Control team provides compliance updates for OSHA reporting and regulations, consumer alerts and other helpful notifications.
  • Vehicle Collision Reference Card: This reference card provides a quick reminder of what to do in the event of an accident and can be distributed to your fleet. The reference card is bilingual and can be branded with the member’s logo. 
  • Property and Casualty Risk Consulting: Cobbs Allen has a team of transit specialists with extensive knowledge and experience to assist members operating both large and small fleets with their risk management needs. Our member-focused approach combined with our in-house client services allows Cobbs Allen to create tailored insurance programs and solutions that address members’ specific exposures which can increase stability and lower costs. Additional Member Resources:

  • OutFront 365 Risk Management Portal:  Your organization has unlimited access to OutFront 365, an online, interactive platform that features helpful employee management and risk management resources. Highlights include: HR and benefits library, employee training program management, bilingual risk management library, incident tracking and claims reporting. Members receive a platform demo and setup by our Client Communication Coordinator. Live instructional webinars are presented twice a year to answer questions, show examples, and demo features. 
  • Webinars and Open Forums: 

    Cobbs Allen partners with industry specialists to host informative webinars and
    open forums on topics such as: Sexual Harassment—What You and Your Supervisors Need to Know; How to Prepare for a Department of Labor Welfare Plan Audit; Net Overtime Considerations and Best Safety Practices. A monthly calendar is emailed to members with topics and registration links.

  • Compensation Statements: Compensation statements are a vehicle for employers to show employees a personalized statement that outlines their base pay, bonuses, and company paid benefits. For example, an employee that makes $33,000 base pay and receives a $1,000 bonus, may only view $34,000 as their compensation. Add in the $9,675 of company-paid benefits, their actual total compensation is $43,675. Association members have access to a secure portal that uses their company’s payroll data to generate custom compensation statements.
