Sr. Account Manager, Surety (Birmingham, AL)

This position is responsible for the compilation and analysis of financial information for submission to obtain approval of new and renewal surety bonds, issuing and billing of surety bonds as well as general customer service relating to our surety bond book of business. This position is required to have extensive bond experience to include contract and commercial surety bonds.

Responsible for receiving new workers compensation first notices via phone, email or fax from insureds; reporting them to the appropriate carrier and following up to ensure timely and complete resolution.
