This position is responsible for the compilation and analysis of financial information for submission to obtain approval of new and renewal surety bonds, issuing and billing of surety bonds as well as general customer service relating to our surety bond book of business. This position is required to have extensive bond experience to include contract and commercial surety bonds.
Manage the day-to-day functions of an assigned book of business while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsible for receiving new workers compensation first notices via phone, email or fax from insureds; reporting them to the appropriate carrier and following up to ensure timely and complete resolution. Also responsible for assisting with education of agency employees and clients relative to claims process. Position will work with various individuals including agency, client and carrier.

The Payroll Specialist I will be responsible for assisting the Payroll Specialist II in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and timely. The individual will maintain, administer, and process payroll and related payroll matters.
