Provide leadership and oversight to the Employee Benefits department in the areas of organizational strategy and client service.

This position is responsible for collecting, modeling, and analyzing claims data to help our Employee Benefit clients monitor and assess the overall performance of their program.

HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is a member of the Client Services team, responsible for providing human resources expertise to assist clients. The HR Generalist is responsible for communicating and providing HR Consulting services to clients and prospects to assist clients in meeting their strategic goals and maintaining compliance in HR practices. On a daily basis, the HR Generalist is responsible for answering client questions, explaining HR consulting services to prospects and clients, and participating in the overall sales cycle. The HR Generalist must have a broad understanding of federal employment laws and experience in application of federal, state, and local employment laws on varying situations. The HR Generalist works cross-functionally with both P&C and Benefits Sales and Account teams and all areas of Client Services, including Loss Control and Safety, Benefits Consulting, and Workers Compensation.

Operations Coordinator

This position assists with managing various Operations and Technology related tasks & projects within the organization. Responsible for assisting staff in providing a high level of customer service, communication and problem solving to maintain and promote business growth.

Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for managing Salesforce, revenue reporting and production incentive reporting within the organization.
