Responsible for managing a service team within the Employee Benefits Department and handling all day-to-day activities.
Manage team’s book of business including the marketing process for new and renewal business and Account Manager responsibilities.
Provide support to the team’s book of business including the marketing process for new and renewal business and backup for Account Manager responsibilities.
Assist the employee benefits team by helping to construct marketing materials and facilitating effective client and prospect communications. The successful candidate is responsible for completing assigned projects in a timely manner with a high level of quality daily.
Manage the day-to-day functions of an assigned book of business while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
