Cobbs Allen, welcomes Wayne Bowling as Executive Vice President to lead its growing Employee Benefits team.

Bowling joins the Employee Benefits team with 40 years of employee benefits experience ranging from brokerages and carriers to third party administrators.

In his new role, Bowling will be responsible for team member development, enhancing and streamlining departmental processes and workflows, exceeding expectations on client deliverables and fostering expansion with new location build outs.
